Paving Great Future’s goal is to rehabilitate the marginalized and at-risk communities of San Diego by fostering their economic, social, and political development – particularly the development of the recently incarcerated, who often struggle disproportionately to integrate into society.

Fueled by his experiences in the streets, Armand co-founded Paving Great Futures and now works to guide others out of the systemic prison pipeline. His life mission now is detouring individuals from the many socio-economic pitfalls faced by the underserved communities in San Diego.
